Our Home Buying Process
At Idea'l , we make buying a modular home easy and straightforward. Our step-by-step guide will help you navigate the process with confidence.
First, you need to determine if your desired location meets the zoning requirements of your local government, including city, county, or state. Once you have confirmed that you can place an Idea'l home on your property, you may need to initiate your permitting process. Or allow us to do this for you!!!
After that, you can select the model and modules that best fit your needs. We offer a variety of sizes and configurations to choose from to ensure that you can design the home you want and need. Or one of our design specialist can sit down and help yo design your future dream!!!
Once you have chosen your ideal home, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your order. The deposit amount will depend on the size of the home and the specific features you have selected.
Next, you will need to select a contractor to install your new home. We can recommend contractors in your area, or you can choose your own. Or allow us to do it, Idea'l is now offering Installation with our in house certified contracting team!!!
You will then need to prepare your site for the arrival of your new home. This may include clearing the land, leveling the ground, and ensuring that the site is ready for installation. Or allow us to do it, Idea'l is now offering Installation with our in house certified contracting team!!!
When your home is ready for shipping, you will need to pay the balance due. Then, you can hire a shipper to transport your new home to your site. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Or allow us to arrange all the shipping right to your new location!!!
Finally, the site installation process will begin. Our modular homes are assembled on-site, and the installation process typically takes only a few days. Guess What??? We can now take care of the installation process!!!
Once the installation is complete, you can move into your new Idea'l home and start enjoying your new living space.
